NDS Systems dates from 1985, when it was formed to create a client-server suite of world-class manufacturing, distribution, service and financial software applications for Fortune 2000 companies.

Continuously adding new features and functionality, in 1994 the product was totally integrated to make it the only such system affordable to mid-size companies and it’s still that today.

Recognizing in 1998 that the Internet changes everything and that all companies will become e-commerce businesses, the company re-engineered its entire Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] software to multi-tier architecture with totally integrated business logic that provides a Web-based business system for the real-time, on-line Enterprise.

Unlike modular approaches, NDS Systems offers fully integrated all-in-one solutions. Such solutions enable real-time automated operations, instantaneous response to queries, real-time reporting formatted to management specifications, browser access and complete visibility of all data throughout the entire enterprise, including suppliers, customers and management.

In 2002, NDS Systems introduced Xephr, a Business Information and Integration System. Acting as its own secure Virtual Private Web Service, it provides virtual views across multiple disparate data sources as it gathers, integrates, consolidates, reports, analyzes, processes and provides concordance for the data compiled. Therefore, creating a collaborative framework to achieve shared insight more quickly, enabling faster, better and more accountable decision making.

In 2004, NDS Systems and its strategic educational partners began developing affordable web-based software solutions for K-12 School Districts. Through the creation of new applications and extending existing applications, we are empowering school administrators to employ rules-based processes and data-based decisions using their existing financial, teacher and student information.

In addition to software solutions, NDS Systems offers complete business operational analysis, consulting and technical support services, and training programs to maximize customer productivity. Training programs are tailored to meet the needs of the client. They can be administered either on site or using a web cast.
